A weeklong Indian culinary promotion titled “Taste of Incredible India” organized by Le Meridien Dhaka in collaboration with Brac Bank PLC held here from February 1–8.
In the inauguration ceremony, Le Meridien Dhaka General Manager Constantinos S. Gavriel invited the corporate guests, media partners, and the influencers.
Guest chef Abdul Quddus from JW Marriott Kolkata indulged the essence of Indian flavors into the entire Indian Food Promotion, a press release said here today.
Throughout the event, Chef Quddus showcased his culinary expertise to curate and present a delightful selection of authentic Indian dishes.
The specially crafted menu includes Awadhi Gosht Dum Biryani, Zafrani Murgh Dum Biryani, main courses like Hundi Gosht ka Salan, Gosht Adraki, Nihari, Lentils such as Dal-e-Awadh, Dal Sultani, Rajma Masala, and mouthwatering desserts like Shahi Tukda, Badam ka Haluwa, and Sevaiyon ka Muzzafar.
During the campaign, the hotel management welcomed guests with a joyful ambiance with associates’ Indian cultural attire, Maharaja’s presence, themed décor and entertainment, food tour, photo snap etc.
